About Michelle

Michelle, a licensed real estate agent has over 20 years of distinguished experience in real estate, property management, and acquisitions. In fact, she is a third-generation real estate professional and investor who currently owns and manages investment properties for herself and her family. She wants to help you and your family find just the right fit in the coastal communities of North County San Diego. 

 

Many people find that buying or selling a home can be filled with uncertainty, but Michelle prides herself on providing clients with patience, uncomplicated guidance, strong negotiation skills, and an open line of communication which makes the process easier. Her focus on meeting clients’ goals, her passion for making those goals a reality, and her detail-oriented approach, set her apart. She has a strong mastery of available inventory, current market conditions, and financing and is quite knowledgeable about neighborhoods and their local schools. In short, Michelle will give you excellent, attentive, personal service while working tirelessly to make your real estate dream a reality. 

 

Born and raised in Southern California, Michelle fell in love with the family-friendly environment of San Diego and has called it home for close to 10 years. She loves the open space, beaches, and outdoor activities available to her family. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada (where she was also on the Dean's List and inducted into the Hall of Fame for her excellence in volleyball). Early in her real estate career, Michelle balanced buying and selling real estate with time playing professional beach volleyball on the AVP Tour. Even now, you will often find her outdoors playing volleyball and enjoying the wonderful San Diego weather. She and her husband, Mark Williams (a two-time Olympian in volleyball) currently reside in Encinitas with their three sons.
